Decepcionante Negative: Era muy diferente a lo que se anunciaba, tremendamente sucio e incómodo y encima el personal nada amable y muy poco dispuesto a ayudar. La zona malisima, muy alejada de Londres y de cualquier tipo de transporte, además no se anuncia bien la ubicación del hotel y no hay ningún indicativo de donde se encuentra

Not the best Positive: Only the bed Negative: Checking in was very stressful due to an unexpected deposit requirement upon arrival, which was never mentioned on the website prior to booking. There was no hot water throughout our 4-night stay, forcing us to take cold baths. Additionally, the power went out around 9 PM on Monday, the 7th, and remained off until dawn, leaving us in complete darkness for hours. Attempts to contact the provided phone number were futile, as no one answers the calls.
