Positive: The area is quite and nice. Very close to the bus stop. Towels, showering gel, and some cleaning equipments are provided. Negative: However, the property needs alot of maintenance and cleaning. Not all beds were clean, and the sofa was disgusting. Glasses and plates were not cleaned. Toilet is broken and not steady. Bathrooms have black mold on them. The manager hold an amount as a security deposit which is reasonable thing, but the large amount for such property was not.

Positive: Spacious flat for few days of pleasant family stay, all kitchen amenities available, wifi and smart tv. Some parts in need of refurb or need to be kept tidier, but overall had a good stay. Has a private garden, perhaps useful for pets or kids to run out a bit. The property was expected value for its price.
