The Roundway Styles Private Room in London

Atrocious Negative: I couldn’t stay at the property. The host did not respond to my request of locking the front door. The room was dirty. The bathroom was not usable when I arrived. I left the property immediately and looked for another place to stay as the room I was allocated was right next to the door to the building which was held closed loosely by a chain link when I arrived. I did not feel safe and could not sleep there!When I complained the host stayed silent. I brought this is with bookings.com and the property is yet to respond

Very satisfied despite minor inconveniences Positive: The location of the property was very convenient, the property's cleanliness was excellent, the rooms were well maintained and finally the staff was very patient and friendly over the phone. Negative: The showers were cold for most of my stay, and on the last day due to a burst pipe I wasn't able to get showered before my checkout.

Negative: The room was not cleaned when i arrived, although i got a refund but it wasn’t was i expected. Their heating system was bad, their tap were all cold all throughout my stay
