Positive: Parking. Negative: Dated throughout. 3 beds in the second bedroom when there is only really space for 2. Found rubbish under wardrobe. No upgrade since previous complaints regarding slashed sofa or broken window panes. Had a slight smell of previous guests smoking. Unfortunately, neighbours surrounding enjoyed a splith or two....doors banging until late, and police called to disperse people outside when having a car meet on the street.
